$150 for initial session ( 50-60 minute session)
$125 for follow-up sessions (45-50 minute session)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval/referral required from my primary care physician?
Cash and checks (with proper ID) . Most major credit cards accepted for payment. Payments can be made through my PayPal account by clicking on "Make a Payment." All session fees must be paid at the beginning of the session. A session can not take place until fees are paid.
You will be billed for any fees associated with returned checks.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be payed prior to returning to therapy. If you paid in advance through PayPal this amount will be deducted from your session fee. The remaining amount will be applied to your next session. If you do not return to therapy you can request that your balance be returned to you.
